Authentic Group Coaching Training

is led by Elmostafa Aissaoui, PCC, ACTC who is also a Master Certified Executive Coach from John Mattone Global (JMG). With the support of an experienced team of professional coaches and coaching mentors, we bring an updated and fresh approach to coach training. And we are proud to offer 2 programs for aspiring and practicing coaches worldwide. Our coach training programs were designed to empower the next generation of coaching leaders to inspire their clients to accomplish great things.

Level 1 Coaching Foundation

Our Level 1 program is ideal for anyone looking to embark on a new career as a professional coach or those who want to bring coaching or a coaching approach into their current organisation or professional roles.

65+ training hours, carefully designed to meet ICF ACC credential requirements.
Weekly 2 hours live sessions with expert instructors.
Delivered through interactive tools.
Self-paced learning between training days

Assessed to ACC standard as defined by the International Coaching Federation.

Level 2 Advanced Professional Coaching Techniques

Our Level 2 program is designed for coaches who wish to deepen their coaching practice as they work towards their PCC, mastering ICF Core Competencies, PCC Markers, this program empowers participants to facilitate meaningful change and become impactful leaders and coaches. This program builds on the Level 1 program.

125+ training hours, carefully designed to meet ICF PCC credential requirements.
Weekly 2.5 hours live sessions led by ICF- Certified instructors.
Delivered through interactive tools.
Self-paced learning between training days
Comprehensive and hands-on approach to advanced coaching techniques.
Participate in 6 observed coaching sessions supervised by an PCC coach, mentor and assessor.
