"My experience with Elmostafa Aissaoui as the trainer and mentor of the PCC training I attended was exceptional. I began the training with excitement and, admittedly, some uncertainty. Throughout the training, it was obvious he was committed to helping each of us – in our own way – successfully earn our PCC certification. Our group had coaches from around the world who brought various levels of coaching experience. As Elmostafa helped us work toward our common goal, we became a warm, supportive and trusting cohort who were eager to work together. He explained the ICF guidelines clearly with a focus on accuracy and intent. He generously shared his knowledge, insights, and experience, making sure each one of us clearly understood before moving on. For our group mentoring, Elmostafa created detailed presentations around the ICF core competencies that helped our discussions be incredibly valuable and insightful. He also, with our permission, played our practice coaching session recordings with the group, so we could walk through them together. This was one of the best parts because it invited our collective learning. We learned how we think through the PCC Markers with and from each other. Elmostafa invested significant time and energy into each of us individually as well. His one-on-one mentoring was detailed, very positive and supportive, instructive, and insightful. He really helped me change the way I think about supporting my coaching client through my questioning. We all commented on how much we looked forward to our time with him and learned how specific each of our individual sessions was. If you want to take a program that will support you earning your ICF PCC certification, and have a great experience along the way, I highly recommend Elmostafa."
