ELMOSTAFA AISSAOUI, PCC, ACTC
Founder and Director of Education
Elmostafa is the founder of Authentic Coaching Group. He is the Director of Training at Authentic Coaching Group. He is an ICF Professional Certified Executive and Leadership coach, ICF Mentor, and he is Intelligent Leadership Master Certified Executive Coach from John Mattone Global (JMG). He has over 20 years of experience in Global and private organizations, wearing different hates in Operation and Finance fields, and over 10 years in coaching. He has experience building coach training programs, which led him to build Authentic Coaching Group. He has a master’s degree in accounting and financial management and enjoys advancing the knowledge of those around him. It is his personal mission to advance the coaching profession and empower global leaders to unlock their fullest potential, transcending borders and cultural barriers. It is his desire that Authentic Coaching Group spread the word that coaching has a positive impact on any individual.
Elmostafa is also an ICF Mentor Coach and instructor at Authentic Coaching Group.
ZAKIA MAHRACH, PCC
Instructor
Zakia Mahrach is an ICF certified professional coach with more than ten years of experience supporting executives, managers and leaders in their professional and personal development. She mainly works on leadership, managerial communication, priority management and work–life balance, with francophone and arabophone clients, particularly in Morocco and the Gulf countries, through a 100% online coaching format.
She holds several certifications from ICF-accredited programs, including Certified Holistic Wellbeing Coach, Certified Positive Psychology Coach, as well as a Train the Trainer Certification. She is also an NLP Practitioner, certified by The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This combination of training enables her to integrate a structured professional coaching approach with contributions from positive psychology, holistic wellbeing and NLP, while remaining fully aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
Within the coaching program submitted for accreditation, Zakia is responsible for the pedagogical design, the facilitation of individual and/or group sessions, and the personalised support of participants. She is committed to creating a safe, confidential and demanding learning environment that fosters awareness, experimentation with new leadership behaviours, and the anchoring of sustainable change in the service of performance, wellbeing and professional ethics.
ALEXANDRA POPKOVA, PCC
Instructor
Alexandra is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified in Embodiment Coaching and as an Intelligent Leadership® Executive Master Coach. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching & HR from Universidad Europea del Atlántico, Spain.
With 15 years of international experience in Talent, and Organizational Development, Alexandra has held senior executive roles across Latin America, the Caribbean, the USA, Russia, India, and the Middle East — blending strong business acumen with a human-centered approach.
Alexandra has lived in 5 countries and supported clients over 35. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, and trained in cross-cultural coaching, Alexandra brings a global, multilingual lens to her work, supporting expats, international team leaders, and multicultural organizations as they navigate complexity, identity, and growth across borders.
As a faculty member, she guides future coaches in cultivating presence, deepening their practice, and confidently preparing for ICF credentials.
