I am an executive and professional coach who works with individuals navigating growth, change, and increased complexity in their personal and professional lives. My coaching is shaped by more than a decade of experience across aviation, energy, banking, and telecommunications, where I supported people operating in high-pressure, highly regulated environments.
Alongside my professional background in HR, learning, and organizational development, I am currently completing an MBA with a concentration in Management and Change, which continues to inform how I think about leadership and change in real organizational settings. Coaching grew naturally from this work and from the way I have supported people throughout my career.
My coaching practice is grounded in ICF principles and informed by the Intelligent Leadership framework. I value discipline in the coaching process, strong presence, and thoughtful inquiry. In our work together, we focus on both growth opportunities and existing strengths, supporting clarity, confidence, and self-awareness in a way that feels practical and sustainable.
Coaching, for me, is about creating space to slow down and to reflect, allowing the coachee to make intentional choices. It is about helping people move forward with greater awareness, alignment, and purpose.
