Introduction<\/strong><\/p>

This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you,” “your”) and Authentic Coaching Group. By accessing, registering, purchasing from, or participating in any of our Services or Programs, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>

We are committed to maintaining clarity, fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all interactions. These Terms are designed to protect you as a participant, and us as a provider of high-integrity educational and business opportunities.<\/p>

  1. Program Structure & Clarification<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    1.1 Coach Training Programs<\/strong><\/p>

    Authentic Coaching Group delivers online ICF Accredited coach training. Our ICF Accredited training Level 1 Coaching\u00a0Foundation and Level 2 Advanced Professional Coaching Techniques, provides training in transformational coaching tools and practices, includes live coaching practice and mentor feedback, and is designed to help you become a confident professional coach. Individual results will vary.<\/p>

    1.2 Program Duration<\/strong><\/p>

    Program durations (whether described as 7-day, 3-month, etc.) are approximate timeframes based on standard pacing. Advertised durations represent the typical completion timeframe but may vary based on individual progress, scheduling factors, or program updates. Some program components (such as mentor coaching) may extend beyond the core program period. Completion of ICF credentialing requirements often extends beyond the formal training period. We commit to delivering all required components, even if scheduling adjustments are necessary.<\/p>

    1.3 Live Training Format & Content Access<\/strong><\/p>

    All training programs delivered by Authentic Coaching Group are live, cohort-based experiences. Participants are enrolled in a live training program and are not purchasing<\/p>

    Continued access to other coaching resources, and community features beyond the program period is available through Alumni access on your Student portal.<\/p>

    1.4 Program Modifications, Substitutions & Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

    Authentic Coaching Group\u00a0reserves the right to: (a) Reschedule any live session, coaching call, or event where circumstances require, including but not limited to facilitator illness, technical issues, or force majeure events. Reasonable notice will be given where possible and rescheduled sessions will be offered as a replacement.<\/p>

    (b) Substitute any facilitator, coach, or guest expert with another suitably qualified individual without prior notice or reduction in program fees.<\/p>

    (c) Modify program content, materials, curriculum, tools, or delivery methods at any time to reflect updates in coaching practice, ICF requirements, or program improvements. Such modifications do not constitute a material change entitling participants to a refund.<\/p>

    (d) Cancel a program cohort entirely in exceptional circumstances, in which case participants will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort or, at our sole discretion, a credit toward another program. No cash refund will be issued in such circumstances unless required by applicable law.<\/p>

    Participants acknowledge that live training program are dynamic in nature and that minor scheduling or content adjustments are a normal part of program delivery and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.<\/p>

    1. Account Registration<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      To access our programs, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach or suspected misuse.<\/p>

      2.1 Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>

      You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or participate in any Academy For Coaches program or service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if it is determined that a participant is under the age of 18.<\/p>

      1. Payment & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        You have the right to cancel for any reason and without justification within 14 days of signing up and making payment to complete the Training program. Outside of this cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of 14 business days prior to the course commencing to be eligible for a full refund. If cancelled within 14 days prior to the course commencing, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. A refund if you withdraw from the program once it has started is not possible however you can join a future cohort and complete the program. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by Authentic Coaching Group. Eligible Refunds will be made within 30 days following receipt of cancellation.<\/p>

        3.1 Waiver of Cancellation Rights<\/strong><\/p>

        Where applicable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital or educational services.<\/p>

        By enrolling in any Authentic Coaching Group program and accessing any live session, coaching call, recording, downloadable material, community, or any other program component, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) The provision of services has begun at your request prior to the expiry of any cancellation period; (b) You waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or equivalent legislation with effect from the moment you first access any program material or session; (c) You have been clearly informed of this waiver prior to purchase and confirm your acceptance at the point of enrolment.<\/p>

        This waiver does not affect any rights you may have in relation to services that are faulty or not as described.<\/p>

        3.2 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/strong><\/p>

        If you have a concern regarding a payment or your participation in a program, you agree to contact Authentic Coaching Group in writing at info@authenticcoachinggroup.com<\/a> before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.<\/p>

        Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable period of 14 business days for resolution constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases: (a) We reserve the right to provide this Agreement, all purchase records, communication history, attendance records, and any other relevant documentation to the relevant financial institution, payment processor, or legal authority as evidence against the dispute; (b) You will be immediately suspended from all program, communities, and services pending resolution; (c) We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated chargeback fees, legal costs, and administrative costs incurred.<\/p>

        1. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          All program content, frameworks, methodologies, videos, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Authentic Coaching Group and are protected under copyright law. You agree not to copy, share, or distribute training content without permission, use our materials for commercial purposes unless explicitly licensed, or represent Authentic Coaching Group content as your own.<\/p>

          You may not use, reproduce, adapt, or modify any part of Authentic Coaching Group proprietary materials including training frameworks, tools, course content, videos, or assessments to create your own certification programs, coaching curricula, group trainings, or to train other coaches in any form. Doing so constitutes a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist notices, financial penalties, or pursuit of damages. Any such use requires prior written approval and a separate licensing agreement with Authentic Coaching Group.<\/p>

          4.1 Prohibition on Unauthorized Content Sharing<\/strong><\/p>

          All program content, including but not limited to live session recordings, slide decks, frameworks, worksheets, coaching tools, audio recordings, video recordings, chat transcripts, and community posts, is the confidential intellectual property of Authentic Coaching Group.<\/p>

          You expressly agree that you will not: (a) Screenshot, record, download, or capture any program content by any means without prior written permission; (b) Share, post, publish, or distribute any program content on social media, messaging platforms, or any public or private channel; (c) Forward, copy, or reproduce any program materials to any third party, whether for commercial or personal purposes; (d) Use any program content to train, educate, or coach others outside the scope of your own personal development.<\/p>

          Breach of this clause will be treated as a serious violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, legal action, and a claim for damages.<\/p>

          1. Independent Contractor Status<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            For those participating in any referral program: You are considered an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own tax filings, compliance, and reporting. You must clearly disclose your affiliate status in marketing materials. We do not guarantee earnings or success your results depend on your own efforts. Commission structures and payment terms are determined solely at our discretion and may be changed, adjusted, or discontinued at any time without notice or obligation. We reserve the right to withhold, modify, or decline commission payments for any reason. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Authentic Coaching Group. You may not speak on behalf of or legally bind Authentic Coaching Group in any capacity.<\/p>

            1. Marketing, Ethics & Representation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              You agree to: Make truthful and ethical representations about our programs; Never imply guaranteed results or income; Disclose your relationship to Authentic Coaching Group as an affiliate or student where relevant; Refrain from making unauthorized income claims or health claims; Follow all Authentic Coaching Group, ICF, and local legal advertising guidelines; Respect all advertising regulations in your country.<\/p>

              6.1 Testimonials, Case Studies & Results Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>

              Any testimonials, case studies, income examples, or success stories shared by Authentic Coaching Group or its participants in marketing materials, on our website, in our community, or during program sessions: (a) Represent individual experiences and results and are not typical, average, or guaranteed outcomes; (b) Are shared for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or representation of what you will achieve; (c) May reflect participants who had prior coaching, business, or professional experience that contributed to their results.<\/p>

              Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Authentic Coaching Group makes no representation that any participant will achieve similar results to those featured in testimonials or case studies. This clause applies to all marketing materials, social media content, webinars, and program content produced by or on behalf of Authentic Coaching Group.<\/p>

              1. Session Recording & Participation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                Live sessions, group coaching, and events may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded unless you opt out in writing. Recordings are for internal use or distribution only and may not be shared externally by participants. By participating in our programs, you grant us permission to use your name, image, voice, and testimonials in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.<\/p>

                1. Coaching & Health Disclaimer<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or condition. You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You should consult professionals where appropriate.<\/p>

                  1. Community Standards<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    To maintain a safe and inclusive environment, you agree to: Respect all participants and instructors; Refrain from harassment, abuse, or discrimination; Maintain confidentiality in private communities and coaching calls. Violation of these standards may result in removal from all programs without refund.<\/p>

                    We reserve the right to deny access to or remove any participant from our programs, community spaces, or services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if their conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, unethical, or misaligned with our values even if not explicitly stated in these Terms.<\/p>

                    1. Non-Circumvention<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      You agree not to: Circumvent Authentic Coaching Group to solicit, contract, or transact with our clients, staff, or partners independently; Use Authentic Coaching Group communities or programs for personal recruitment unrelated to Authentic Coaching Group approved initiatives.<\/p>

                      1. Software Usage and Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        You agree to use the software provided only for legal, ethical purposes. We are not liable for any misuse, misrepresentation, or data loss caused by your actions. The software is provided as-is, with no guarantee of compatibility or uninterrupted availability.<\/p>

                        1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          To the fullest extent allowed by law: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from use of our Services.<\/p>

                          1. Indemnification<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                            You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Authentic Coaching Group and its affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal costs arising from: Your use of our Services; Your coaching practice or business conduct; Any breach of this Agreement or related policies.<\/p>

                            1. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                              This Agreement is governed by the laws of US. Any dispute will be resolved first through good faith negotiation, then mediation, and finally, if needed, litigation in US courts. Class actions are waived. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.<\/p>

                              1. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                We are not liable for service delays or interruptions due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, political unrest, or pandemics.<\/p>

                                1. Entire Agreement & Modifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                  This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Authentic Coaching Group. We may update this document at any time. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of any revised terms. You are encouraged to review this document periodically for changes.<\/p>

                                  1. Misrepresentation and Malicious Conduct<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                    You agree to: Communicate in good faith; Not submit knowingly false claims to third parties (including the ICF); Resolve issues internally where possible. If Authentic Coaching Group determines that you have made malicious or knowingly false claims, your access may be revoked without refund, and we may pursue legal remedies or notify appropriate authorities.<\/p>

                                    1. Financial Disclaimer<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                      Authentic Coaching Group makes no guarantees regarding income, success, or specific financial outcomes. While examples of earnings or client success may be shared for illustrative purposes, your results will vary depending on your effort, experience, strategy implementation, and market conditions. Any references to income potential are for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees. Participation in our programs or affiliate offerings does not guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of financial results.<\/p>

                                      1. Data Protection and Privacy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                        19.1 Data Collection and Use<\/strong><\/p>

                                        We collect and process your personal data as necessary to provide our Services. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

                                        19.2 Data Retention<\/strong><\/p>

                                        We retain your data for as long as necessary to: Provide our Services to you; Comply with legal obligations; Resolve disputes; Enforce our agreements.<\/p>

                                        19.3 Data Deletion Requests<\/strong><\/p>

                                        Upon receipt of a data deletion request, we will process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws, except where we have legitimate grounds to retain certain information, such as: Records required for financial, tax, or legal compliance; Information necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; Data required to complete an ongoing contractual obligation.<\/p>

                                        19.4 Third-Party Services<\/strong><\/p>

                                        Our Services may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.<\/p>

                                        19.5 Communications<\/strong><\/p>

                                        By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us, including program updates, newsletters, and marketing materials. You may opt out of marketing communications, but operational and administrative messages will still be sent.<\/p>

                                        1. Non-Disparagement<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                          You agree that during your participation in any Authentic Coaching Group program and for a period of 2 years following the conclusion of your enrolment, you will not: (a) Make, publish, or communicate any false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statements about Authentic Coaching Group, its directors, coaches, staff, affiliates, or other participants, whether publicly or privately; (b) Post negative, misleading, or damaging reviews, comments, or content about Authentic Coaching Group on any platform, website, social media channel, or forum that is based on false or exaggerated claims; (c) Encourage or incite others to make such statements or take such actions.<\/p>

                                          This clause does not prevent you from making honest, good-faith, factual statements about your experience where accurate and not misleading, or from raising legitimate concerns directly with Authentic Coaching Group through appropriate channels. Breach of this clause may result in legal action for defamation, breach of contract, or damages as appropriate under applicable law.<\/p>
