Mentor coaching at Authentic Coaching Group can commence during your program or after its completion, depending on your credentialing path. For Level 1 certification, mentor coaching typically starts at the end of the program, while for Level 2, it is often integrated during the program to support continuous development. \u200bAll mentor coaching must take place over a minimum of three months, as per ICF requirements.<\/p>

Once you have completed your mentor coaching and met all other requirements, you can apply for your ICF credential. The timeline for application depends on accumulating the necessary coaching experience hours: 100 client coaching hours for ACC and 500 client coaching hours for PCC. We provide guidance and advice on how to effectively gather these coaching hours to support you throughout this process.<\/p>
